CUSTOM OR BULK ORDER POLICY

At The Trend Store, we strive to provide unique and personalized products to our customers. Please review our policy for customized and bulk orders:

    • Order Confirmation:

    • All customized and bulk orders require full payment upfront.
    • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.


    • Design and Printing Quality Approval:

    • For customized products, a design mockup and a sample of the printing quality will be provided for approval before bulk production begins.
    • Customers must approve the design mockup and printing quality within 48 hours (after the delivery of sample) to avoid delays.
    • Once approved, the material will not be returned or refunded due to print quality.


    • Production Time:

    • Customized orders typically take 2-3 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the design.
    • Bulk orders may take longer; estimated production time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.


    • Sample Cost:

    • The cost of a sample will be different from the actual cost of each piece in the bulk production order.


    • Shipping:

    • Shipping times vary based on the destination. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.
    • Expedited shipping options are available (For Selected Pincodes) at an additional cost. Please ask for expedited shipping before completion of production.


    • Return and Refund Policy:

    • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.
    • Bulk orders can only be returned if there is a defect. However, there will be no return or refund due to print quality.
    • If any undelivered customized product is returned to the origin (RTO), the entire amount will be confiscated.


    • Order Modifications and Cancellations:

    • Modifications to customized orders must be made before order confirmation.
    • Once the order is confirmed, Bulk orders cannot be modified or canceled.
