If you wish to return a product, please contact us within days of receipt of the product. You can contact us through our customer service channels or by sending an email to connect@thetrendstore.in. Please include your order number and the reason for return. Once we receive the returned product in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and labels, we will initiate the refund process. Any product/item purchased under Sales or Customized Product will not be Refund/Return or Exchange

For COD orders, a nominal shipping charge of ₹ 49 (For Standard Shipping), a nominal COD charge of ₹ 39 (For Cash On Delivery Charges)  will be applicable. There is no COD charges for COD Orders above ₹ 999 . We offer free Standard Shipping on all prepaid order (with no minimum cart value condition).
