REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At TheTrendStore.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15 day hassle-free refund policy that covers damaged products, exchanges, returns, and refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the refund of products.
Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You can contact us through our customer service channels or by sending an email to connect@thetrendstore.in. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product. Once we verify the damage, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the product. You can contact us through our customer service channels or by sending an email to connect@thetrendstore.in. Please include your order number and the reason for exchange. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the exchange process.
Return: If you wish to return a product, please contact us within days of receipt of the product. You can contact us through our customer service channels or by sending an email to connect@thetrendstore.in. Please include your order number and the reason for return. Once we receive the returned product in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and labels, we will initiate the refund process.
Refund: If you choose to receive a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
NOTE: THE SHIPPING/EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGES PAID DURING THE ORDER PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Exclusions: Please note that our return policy does not cover products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage after delivery. It also does not cover products that have been tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product is not returned in its original condition or if it does not meet our quality standards.
Please Note:
- Any product/item purchased under Sales or Customized Product will not be Refund/Return or Exchange.
- There will not be any Refund/Return or Exchange after 15 days of the receipt.
- If any undelivered customized product is returned to the origin (RTO), the entire amount will be confiscated.
