At TheTrendStore.in, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the delivery of your order.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid order (with no minimum cart value condition).For orders below INR 999, a nominal shipping charge of INR 49 will be applicable. For Express Delivery of your product you can choose Express Shipping with a nominal charge of INR 79.

Cash On Delivery Charges: We offer NO COD Charges on all orders above INR 999. For orders below INR 999, a nominal COD charge of INR 39 will be applicable.

Shipping Methods: We ship our products throughout India through trusted courier partners. We use both surface and air modes of transport depending on the location of delivery and availability of the product.

Estimated Delivery Time: We make every effort to deliver your products within the estimated delivery time frame, which is typically 2-7 business days from the date of order placement. However, delivery times may vary depending on the location of delivery and availability of the product. Please refer to the product page for estimated delivery times.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Site or by clicking here

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts (upto 3) to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid for the product, with the small deduction fees for the shipping cost.

Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order placement is accurate and complete. If the shipping address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In such cases, we may charge an additional fee for re-delivery of the product.

Delayed Delivery: In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control. We will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible and keep you informed of any delays.

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns and Refunds policy.

Cancellation of Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be subject to our Returns and Refunds policy.
